1.1 Welcome to the Hellmouth 16 year old Buffy Summers moves to Sunnydale and starts in a new school. But things that she is trying to escape from come back to haunt her when a body is found in the school. It appears that Sunnydale isn't a normal town but neither is Buffy just a regular girl. Episode stills 1.2 Harvest Buffy has to rescue Jesse from the vampires and stop them from freeing the Master to the world as the Harvest is about to start. Episode stills 1.3 The Witch NEW Buffy joins the cheerleader team and soon strange things start to happen. It appears that her new friend, Amy is desperate to get into the team and won't stop at anything. Episode stills 1.4 Teacher's Pet NEW When Sunnydale High gets a new substitute teacher, it seems that every guy in school is drooling after her and Xander is no exeption. But Buffy has a eerie feeling that the teacher is not what she seems to be. Episode stills 1.5 Never Kill a Boy on the First Date NEW Buffy has a date with Owen but her slayer duties seem to come between her and her normal teenage life. Episode stills 1.6 The Pack NEW On a school trip to the zoo Xander and small group of other students are accidentally possessed by a hyena spirits and they start acting strangely. Buffy and Willow become the targets of Xander's newfound inner beast. 1.7 Angel Buffy and Angel share their first kiss but she is shocked to find out that Angel is a vampire. She tries to figure out what she should do but then Darla bites her mother and sets up Angel to look like the one behind it. 1.8 I, Robot... You, Jane Willow meets a boy online but the other scoobies have a bad feeling of the new romance. 1.9 The Puppet Show Sunnydale High has its annual talent show and the scooby gang is forced to participate as Giles is ordered to supervise. Soon a body is found and Buffy suspects it has something to do with the puppet on the talent show. 1.10 Nightmares Something strange is going on as people's nightmares start to come true and Buffy suspects it has something to do with the boy she has been seeing on campus. Episode stills 1.11 Out of Sight, Out of Mind Cordelia asks Buffy for help when people close to her start to get into mysterious accidents. It turns out that a fellow student that has turned invisible has it in for Cordelia. 1.12 Prophecy Girl A earthquake shakes Sunnydale and signs of an apocalypse starts to appear. Giles finds a upsetting prophecy concerning Buffy and the Master. Episode stills

A quick explanation of my rating system, I'm going to use one I had in school which means given grades are from 4 to 10. If an episode gets 4 or 4 – it is practically a failed test (an F to those who have that system) and has to be done again to get a grade, but if it is a 4 ½ it is just on the brink of passing. On the “better” grades (meaning from 5 upward) I'm gonna use an example I saw on wikipedia: 9 < 9 + < 9 ½ < 10 - < 10. A 10 + can be given when there is some extra effort done.
