7.1 Lessons The High school has been rebuild and Dawn is due to start school there. Buffy has a feeling it's not safe and soon she has been proved right as dead people start to harass Dawn and two other students. As she searchs for Dawn, Buffy finds out that Spike is back in town. Episode Stills 7.2 Beneath You Xander saves a woman from what appears to be a demon under ground and as the scoobies start to investigate it looks like Anya is behind it. Spike signs in to help but the night doesn't have a happy ending for anyone. 7.3 Same Time, Same Place Willow is back, but she can't find her friends. At the same time the gang wonders why Willow wasn't in the plain Giles put her in and their suspicions start to rise when a skinned body is found on Xander's construction site. Episode Stills 7.4 Help A student, Cassie, tells Buffy she's not going to live past Friday and Buffy and the gang start investigating, determined to save her. Episode Stills 7.5 Selfless Anya finds it hard to adjust to her current status as a vengeance demon and after releasing a dangerous demon on a group of frat boys, she knows that Buffy can't let her get away with it. 7.6 Him NEW Dawn experiences her first love when she sees R.J, but the gang starts to suspect it's a love spell when Buffy falls for him as well. 7.7 Conversations with Dead People NEW Buffy's nightly patrol has a new twist when the vampire she's fighting turns out to be someone she used to know in high school. Willow is studying at the UC library when Cassie comes to her with a message from Tara while Dawn is home alone and suspects that her mother is trying to contact her. Jonathan and Andrew return to Sunnydale. Episode Stills 7.8 Sleeper Buffy suspects that Spike is killing people and with the gang's help she tries to find proof if he is guilty or not. 7.9 Never Leave Me Willow finds Andrew buying blood at the butcher shop and at the Summers house Xander and Anya try to get information out of him while Buffy is trying to get Spike to tell her about the big bad. Later Buffy finds out with what they are dealing with. 7.10 Bring On the Night Buffy and the gang try to find information on the First, but when Willow tries a spell to locate it, she is taken over by it causing her to shy away from magic. Giles arrives with three girls that are potential slayers and tells Buffy what the First's plan is. Buffy comes face to face with First's newest weapon when she goes to the Christmas tree lot where she faced it before. 7.11 Show Time Potentials keep on coming to Sunnydale while Buffy and the gang tries to find any information on their foe and a way to get Spike away from it. Giles and Anya go to an oracle to find answers despite Anya's protests. Turns out that one of the potentials is not what she seems to be. 7.12 Potential Buffy is training the potentials and because of Willow's spell to locate a potential in Sunnydale Dawn is suspected to be one. 7.13 The Killer in Me Giles takes the potentials to a trip while Kennedy fakes illness to stay with Willow. When Willow kisses Kennedy, she turns to Warren. While Willow is looking for answers to why she turned into the man she killed, Spike's chip is badly malfunctioning and Buffy has to return to the abandoned Initiative in a hope of finding answers. Rest of the gang suspect that Giles is the First. 7.14 First Date Principal Wood asks Buffy for dinner, but she's not certain if it is a date or something else. Also Xander has a date with a woman he just met and Anya is not sure if she wants him dead or not. 7.15 Get it Done Wood gives Buffy a traditional slayer's bag that contains answers to what the slayer is and in return she shows him the headquarters. Desperate to find something against the First, Buffy jumps into a portal that leads her a place where the first slayer was created. 7.16 Storyteller Andrew is making video documentary of the people around him and jumping between fantasy and reality. The seal in the school basement is starting to affect the people around it and Andrew is the key to close it. A quick explanation of my rating system, I'm going to use one I had in school which means given grades are from 4 to 10. If an episode gets 4 or 4 – it is practically a failed test (an F to those who have that system) and has to be done again to get a grade, but if it is a 4 ½ it is just on the brink of passing. On the “better” grades (meaning from 5 upward) I'm gonna use an example I saw on wikipedia: 9 < 9 + < 9 ½ < 10 - < 10. A 10 + can be given when there is some extra effort done.
