Summary:
Buffy has a prophetic dream and on the next night everyone in Sunnydale looses their voices. Giles discovers that the reason for it is a group of demons called the Gentlemen, they come to town, steal everyone's voices and collected a certain amount of hearts. Only way to kill them is a woman's scream which proves to be difficult since noone in Sunnydale has a voice.
