Summary:
Darla has gone into labor while Angel is captured by Holtz. As he manages to escape, he has to look for Darla who has stolen the car. He brings her to Caritas but there seems to be problems with delivering the baby. Holtz attacks the Caritas and Darla has to sacrifice herself so the baby can be born.
The plot device is born.
