Summary:
Angel is alone in the city of angels, helping people but keeping his distance, until he meets Doyle, a half demon who gets messages from the Powers That Be and he tells Angel that he needs to make a connection to the world and to the people he saves. Doyle's vision sends him to Tina, a struggling actress who tries to get away from her boyfriend, Russell.
